Warehouses are some of the more common objects that Levstal works with, which is why creating a set of beams, connections and trusses for the Reti Tee Warehouse project was done with no issues whatsoever. This particular project took about 5 weeks to complete and the estimated total weight of all the segments and elements that Levstal produced was at 180 tonnes – a lot higher than with regular civil buildings, mostly because of the sheer size of the final structure.
While it is true that Levstal does have the capability to perform the entire construction cycle for a warehouse, such services were not requested in this scenario, limiting Levstal’s participation to just providing construction elements. This project was successfully completed in 2016, providing a large set of beams, trusses and various connections made from carbon steel.
