Renovation Project of Military Object
To say that Levstal is a company that can only manufacture elements for construction purposes is an incredible oversight, since there are many other operations that Levstal is capable of helping with that do not involve constructing a building or a piece of machinery. This particular project for a client in Finland is a good example of that – it is a renovation project for a large military object located in the same country.
The project’s target is located in Helsinki and is about 11,000 m2 in scope, which makes it a rather large military object. Levstal was tasked with fabricating a selection of trusses, beams and other connections, with the carbon steel being the main material in the process. The total weight of a project was 40 tonnes, and Levstal’s job was performed in full back in 2016, with the project itself being marked as successful with no notable issues.
