We are looking for a talented production manager to join our team!
- Location: Tallinn, remote
- Position: Production manager
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior/top position in a foreign company
- Expertise in metalwork is essential
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Knowledge of LEAN management is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Estonian
- Advanced PC user
Responsibilities Include
- Preparation and planning of production orders
- Technical preparation of production processes
- Coordination with subcontracting organizations
- Control of project budgets
- Participation in the company's annual budget preparation
- Staff hiring and development
- Implementation of quality management strategies
- Organization and digitalization of production processes
